WSU Baseball: Cougars 2 - Redhawks 1

Love that scoreboard.
This is going to be a short post guys, I have a lot of homework to do tonight and not a lot noteworthy happened in tonight's game. WSU took game one from Seattle U 2-1 tonight on a sac fly by Ian Sagdal in the bottom of the ninth.

J. D. Leckenby had probably his best outing of the season, going 8 innings allowing only 4 hits, 1 earned run and striking out 2. He got up to 95 pitches and the coaches called it a night, his work against the Redhawks brought his season ERA down to 3.31.

Jason Monda had a fantastic, just absolutely amazing grab in left today to save a run, keeping the score at 1-0 instead of making it 2-0. Kyle Johnson had a couple nice grabs in center as well, ranging well over to snag some potentially dangerous hits.

Game two is tomorrow at 5:30 and game three is Saturday at 2. I'll be live tweeting both, as per usual. I also put together a video of my post game interviews for you to enjoy.
